Can Colleges Complete Courses?

It seems that the government colleges can never finish the curriculum set by the respective universities they are affiliated with. The colleges in question are highly vulnerable to disturbances and violence and are easily affected by slight upheaval in both political and non-political sectors. There have been no classes in the colleges under the Tribhuvan University in the capital. They were disturbed by various of incidents ranging from protest against petroleum price hike to Hritik Roshan scandal, vehicle strike and recently the students’ union election. The election itself is a long process. The candidates begin campaigns to garner support from their fellow students long before the election at the cost of their studies. Even after the elections are over, the victory celebrations continue for over a week, again giving a big blow to their studies. Besides this, the colourful festival of Fagupurnima, which is marked with throwing water-filled balloons almost two weeks before the actual day of celebration (particularly in the capital valley) is nearing. And this customarily causes the closure of most of the campuses for at least a week hampering the studies. In such a situation, how would the teachers be able to complete the course and the students prepare for the upcoming exams?
