I am still remembering what the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOI) Officials had told while hiking the price of petroleum products a few months back. They had asssured that they would reduce the prices if the prices of the pol products in the international markets go down. And now the price of petrol and other pol products has sharply decreased in the international markets. But the NOI officials have not yet reduced their prices in Nepal. Why? Or have the officials forgotten their commitments they had made while skyrocketing their prices? The NOI should be serious about the problems the common consumers are facing due to the high costs of kerosene and cooking gas and should not forget to materialised its commitments. Kapil Pokharel |
