Seminar on modern technology

Biratnagar, Jan. 21 (RSS): Vice chancellor of the Purbanchal Eastern University Dhruba Narayan Lal inaugurated a day- long seminar on ‘World Organisation of Wave Masters (U.S.A.) and e-commerce and Wave Technology Regulations’ organised by the Nepal Computer and Communication here, recently.

Under the programme, a six month computer training will be imparted for the first time in Nepal under the joint auspices of the Wave Tech India affiliated to the World Organisation of Wave Masters based in California, U.S.A. and the Nepal Computer and Communication.

On the occasion, vice chancellor Lal said computer should be utilised in creative works to face the challenges of the 21st century.

FNCCI central member Kishor Pradhan urged the youth to observe patience to receive knowledge from modern technology.

Market manager of the Wave Tech India Shovit Raya shed light on the utility and curriculum of the Wave Masters.

Professor Ajaya Agrawal of Kolkata, India stressed on the increasing liberality and globality of the market for information technology.

Prof. Dr. Puspa Raj Sharma and industrialist Surendra Golchha said there is a need for contribution in economics and sociology by giving knowledge of advanced technology including the e-commerce to the youth.

At the function presided over by Wave Tech India president Ashok Kumar Lath, chairman of the Nepal Computer and Communication Biratnagar Kalyan Lal Kafle and Wave Tech Nepal in-charge Jayanta Chakrabarti informed that examination will be held for Internet and micro-media after imparting knowledge in Wave Masters.

Participating in the seminar were technical students, professors, industrialists of Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari districts.
