HM summons House Session Kathmandu, Jan. 24 (RSS): His Majesty the King has, in accordance with the article 53 clause (1) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal-1990, has summoned the 19th session of the Parliament at 4 P.M. on 8th February, 2001 at the Parliament House, Singha Durbar, the Parliament Secretariat said today.
