How Long Will This Uncertainty Go On?

The abrupt closure of schools at the call by a faction of students’ union has caused much panic in the education sector. It may be enjoyable for the school going kids and teachers to stay back home when the schools are closed. The regular holidays are fine for such indulgence. But weeks of such strikes under threat, which is already there in front of us, adequately speaks the reality. Last year too they were closed for a week or so. It seems that there is no rule in the country. Anyone, just because he/she likes it, can force the schools to stop their academic activities. They might call off the regular bureaucratic function. Are we then supposed to obey that too? It looks like there is no mechanism to put an end to such senseless activities. The concerned authorities gaze as if in space where all is dark. Commissions are formed but they are helpless as they find one or the other hindrances to settle the dispute peacefully. Against such a gloomy background, one may ask: How long will this state of uncertainty go on?
