Combat violence, Sushil tells NC workers

Nepalgunj, Oct. 29 (RSS): NC General Seceretary and MP Sushil Koirala has called on NC workers to join hands with the people who have spontaneously put up resistance against Maoist-perpetrated violence, killings and terror.

NC general secretary Koirala, who was speaking at a party workers’ gathering organised by the NC Banke constituency-2 committee here today, said the extortions and killings that the Maoists are perpetrating in the name of their so called people’s war can never be a part of any political movement.

A host of speakers including MPs Kailash Nath Kasaudhan and Tilak Neupane and NC district president Krishna Man Shrestha highlighted various problems in the districts and stressed the need for unity at party as well as national level to defeat terrorist activity.
