Who Is The Real Designer Of Akash Bhairab Temple?

I read an article "The Bhairab who came flying" by Mr. Saphalya Amatya published in the Friday Supplement of your reputed newspaper The Rising Nepal dated 7 September 2001. In the article, it is mentioned that the plans and the design of the Akash Bhairab temple were prepared by ‘Uni-Tech Consultancy’. But I was confused when I read the signboard placed at the entrance of the temple, which mentions Hari Prasad Vaidya as the designer with the assistance of Rajani Tamrakar. I request the concerned person or body to shed some lights on this matter and remove my confusion.
