Why Not A Special Issue?

I still remember that The Rising Nepal had carried a special issue that was very interesting for football fans like me during the 1998 World Cup held in France. But this time TRN did not carry out any special issue about the World Cup which is being held in Asia for the first time. I do not think that all the journalists who could publish the special issue in 1998 World Cup quit TRN and it failed to cover the mega event of football this time. But what I have realised is that TRN journalists have become lazy and do not bring a special issue on the event. Am I right? Or TRN is planning to bring such issue at the end of the matches? It would be better late than never.
