This is about the magazines and papers, both produced here and imported from elsewhere, which have pornographic materials and can be found in every nook and corner of the town. One can see such magazines in almost all the bookstalls and stationers. The information and communications law of the country bans such books and magazines to be published and sold within the country with a view to keep the society away from such aberrations. There are possibilities that such suggestive books and magazines can raise sexual crimes leading to rape and so on. Concerned authorities need to be serious about this issue. Ratna Man
