Kankarbhitta (RSS) The inter-ward level football tournament organized by The youth circle of the Nepal Red Cross Society Duwagadhi unit on the occasion of The Nepal Red Cross Society Youth and Junior Red Cross Circle day concluded here recently. In the finals of the tournament played Sunday the ward no 4 team defeated the ward no 9 team by three goals. Praveen gurung of ward no. 4 was declared man of the match, Bikash Prasai of ward no. 6 the best player, Abhit Kattel of ward no. 7 and Bijaya Magar of ward no. 8 rising players and ward no.2 the best disciplined team. The tournament was participated in by 11 teams of the village development committee. At the function chaired by president of Duwagadhi Nepal Red Cross Society Youth Circle Homraj Dhakal, secretary of Jhapa District Red Cross Society Lokraj Dhakal gave away the cups, prizes and certificates to the players of the winning and runners’ up teams. |
