Need To Uproot Social Evils For Peace And Prosperity

There is an urgent need for the army, police and all patriotic political parties and organisations to uproot the terrorists who are attacking the nation, nationalism, the institution of the crown and the democratic system. With the mobilisation of security forces and operation against the Maoist terrorists, who are out to undo the country’s religious, educational and social structure, they will ultimately face defeat. There has been realisation that the mistakes made by those in power since the restoration of democracy have created severe disenchantment among the people. Perhaps out of that realisation, the government recently constituted a powerful commission to look into the property of public post holders. Once we are relieved of the social evils like corruption and terrorism, we can really move to the path of progress. And if the commission works well, as expected, the vices of corruption are sure to be uprooted, and peace and order restored in the country.
