Relationship Between Environment & Humans Environmental degradation has been a global concern in recent years. Most of the environmental hazards are caused by human activities. It is, therefore, necessary to understand directly or indirectly of the human behaviour patterns in the course of environmental degradation. Human beings are very much the part of the ecological system. The existence of man cannot be imagined without the environment. A harmonious relationship with environment may create psychological pleasure and satisfaction among individuals. The environmental study covers a model of human nature in broad way as related to multidisciplinary focus. It explores divergent issues as common property resource management, the effect of environmental stress on human performance, the characteristics of restorative environments, human information processing, and the promotion of durable conservation behaviour. The environmental research has a close relationship with sociology, anthropology, biology and ecology. Therefore, all these factors should be taken into account while dealing with the issues of environment. Janak Ojha |
