Interaction on banking sector

Nepalgunj (RSS): Nepal Financial Institutions Employees Association, Agriculture Development Bank regional committee organised a daylong interaction programme on "problems of banking sector and interest of employees" here on Saturday.

Addressing the programme, regional director of the Agriculture Development Bank in Nepalgunj Ramesh Singh Khadka pointed out the need for bank officials and management to give special attention towards increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the banking sector that plays a significant role in the national economy.

Participants of the interaction programme emphasised the need to give continuity to the provision of including officers in the employees union and expel the institution and employees involved in irregularities and cheating.

Also speaking at the programme among others was chairperson of the Agriculture Development Bank, regional committee, regional president of Nepal Financial Institution Employees Union, Nepal Bank Ltd.
