Supply Water In The Morning

Water scarcity has been the common problem in Kathmandu for decades. Come the dry season, then come the bad days for housewives and their domestics. They have to prepare food and wash the clothes of their school-going wards with a little water they could collect from the taps every alternate day. They are unsure when the water trickles down from tap and when does not. So they have to remain awake from the midnight so that they would not miss to collect the water if it comes.

We do not understand why the Water Supply Corporation supplies water at midnight and gives more trouble to the women. Can’t it supply water in the morning or evening?
