Meat workers taught how to handle meat ITAHARI: Meat workers in the Dharan town area were brought together Saturday and imparted information on how to handle the meat. More than l00 meat workers from various wards of Dharan were imparted technical information by assistant dean of the Central Technical Campus, Dharan Dr Dilip Subba.He said animals meant for slaughter should be given a health check up and rusted implements should not be used when cutting the meat.The program was aimed at ensuring the supply of wholesome meat for the table.
