Views misleading, malicious KATHMANDU, Nov. 28: The Prime Minister's Private Secretariat has stated that the view expressed by Nepali Congress president Girija Prasad Koirala at a programme in Birgunj the other day regarding the executive powers of the Council of Ministers is false, misleading and malicious. A press release signed by the Prime Minister's Private Secretary Dambar Dhwaj Awasthi today expresses regrets at the said remark, stating that it is far from the truth. Other Stories |
