KATHMANDU, Sept. 21: Minister for Labour and Transport Palten
Gurung will, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, look after the portfolios of the
Ministry of Information and Communications as well as the Ministry of Population and
Environment handled by Minister for Information and Communications Jayaprakash Prasad
Gupta who left here today for Morocco to attend the International Telecommunication
Union-Plenipotentiary Conference to be held there.
This is stated in a notice issued today by the Press Secretariat of His Majesty the King.
