UML not decided on constituent assembly RSS URLABARI, Apr. 2: CPN-UML standing committee member Bharat Mohan Adhikari has said that his party has not yet decided in favour of a Constituent Assembly. Addressing an area level party workers’ gathering at Pathari today, Adhikari said no party leader should speak out on anything that has not been decided by the party.
