His Majesty reshuffles cabinet

KATHMANDU, Apr. 11: His Majesty the King has, on the advice of Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand, made some changes to the existing Council of Ministers constituted under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand on October 11, 2002 and reshuffled and expanded on November 18, and also allocated the portfolios in accordance with article 127 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal-1990.

The new composition of the Council of Ministers is as follows:
