KATHMANDU, March 4: Minister for Information and Communication Rameshnath Pandey has expressed deep sorrow over the sad demise of politician and member of the then Rastriya Panchayat Indra Bahadur Khadka.Minister Pandey said late Khadka made significant contribution in politics and social service and wished for eternal peace of the departed soul.
