RSS KATHMANDU, March l4: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Mahesh Lal Pradhan will, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, look after the water resources portfolio also during the absence of Water Resources Minister Deepak Gyawali who left today for Japan to take part in the Third World Water Forum to be held there.This is stated in a notice issued today by the Press Secretariat of His Majesty the King.
