Answering the question as to what makes ‘Easy Page’ different from other pager operators in the Valley, Managing Director of the company, Nirmal Pradhanang states that all the directors of his company are electronic professionals having been in business for over two decades. Easy Page also claims that it is capable of providing dependable repair service to its clients such that no other company can provide. The company also boasts that it has procured state-of-the-art-switching equipment recognized and used internationally.

The company also states that in a few days it is going to start its second simulcast transmission for the first time in Nepal, which would further enhance transmission capabilities in the most difficult areas in the valley and provide coverage and penetration that no other operator can match.

On the expansion programme, Pradhanang says, "unlike some other operators, we do not want to deceive the subscribers and claim our paging system to be nation-wide, but we may be the first ever paging company that would provide services outside Kathmandu valley". He further adds "The reason is simple, because we have procured the system which can easily provide expansion with very little additional costs."

According to the company, Easy Page is the first operator in Nepal that provides ‘auto pop-up’ facility for Operator Assisted Paging. Under this facility, the client is required to dial the number 9672 followed by the five digit pager number. The operator will instantly pick-up the call and ask for the message, thus deleting the need to spell out the pager number, informs a company source.
