TITTLE TATTLE |
Why are insiders of some agencies so insecure of the outsiders? It is after all, each one to their own work, or is it that the insiders wish to take on all jobs and turn themselves into non thinking robots? OOPS!! *** Censorship is definitely a much hated word for any journalist worth his or her salt. But at the same time, Tattler is definitely worried about the easy access Maoist leaders seem to be having when wanting to communicate through the media. When a matter of national security is at stake, maybe the media should use "self censorship" rather than glorifying leaders who are causing so much worry for the entire nation. *** However Minister for Communications J.P. Anand seems to be blowing hot and cold at once in dealing with wayward newspapers. He had warned of new measures that may be aimed at erring media people and newspapers, but as soon as the journalists too breathed fire, Anand cooled down and the whole topic was forgotten. Key garney, little knowledge is dangerous for all, right? *** The people are definitely being exploited to the hilt, in the name of education and health. Naturally, people tend to want the best when these two basic needs are in want. So me asks, will it require nothing less than a threat from the Maoists, before the fees taken for the services in these sectors are on par with the quality dished out? |
