APPOINTED: Dr. Purushottam Banskota, as vice-chancellor of Pokhara University, by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, in his capacity as the chancellor of the university. 

Khadga Narayan Bhagat and Tikaram Subba, as members of the Dairy Development Corporation Board of Directors, for maximum period of two years, by the government. 

EXTENDED: The terms of three additional judges of Appellate Courts Maheshwor Lal Mishra (Rajbiraj), Parashu Ram Jha (Rajbiraj) and Cholendra SJB Rana (Biratnagar), for one year, by His Majesty the King, in accordance with the recommendation of the Judicial Council and the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal 1990.
