commission , headed by Lokendra Mallick, a judge at the Hetauda Appellate
Court, to probe the incident where a student was killed in police firing in Butwal. EXTENDED: The tenure of Maheshwor
Lal Mishra, additional judge at the Jumla Appellate Court, by seven months; and Parshuram
Jha, additional judge at the Dipayal Appellate Court and Cholendra SJB
Rana, additional judge at the Surkhet Appellate Court, by two years; by His
Majesty the King, in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal 1990 and as
per the recommendation by the Judicial Council. ANNOUNCED: Gahate
