(CPN-UML), by the newly elected 55-member central committee at the party's seventh general
convention. DECORATED: Krishna Mohan Shrestha,
Inspector General of Police of the Armed Police Force with the Suprasiddha Prabal Gorkha
Dakshin Bahu (First), his wife Nudup Shrestha with the Suprabal Gokha
Dakshin Bahu (Third) and deputy inspector Surya Bahadur Regmi with the
Gorkha Dakshin Bahu (Fifth), posthumously, by His Majesty the King as per the Constitution
