LEFT: General Pyara Jung Thapa, Chief of Army Staff, Royal Nepalese Army, for New Delhi, India, for a three-day visit, at the invitation of the Indian Army Chief General NC Vij. 

APPOINTED: Kumar Prasad Poudel, Tika Ram Aryal and Babu Ram Acharya, as the acting regional administrators of the Central, Mid-western and Far-western Development Regions, respectively, by the government. 

TRANSFERRED: Chhabi Raj Panta, acting regional administrator of the Far-west Region and Rewati Raj Kafle, acting regional administrator of the Eastern Region, to Eastern and Western regions respectively, by the government.

FORMED: A civil society under the chairmanship of national poet Madhav Prasad Ghimire, for the celebration of 283rd birth anniversary of the Great King Prithvi Narayan Shah. 

BEGUN: A week-long Agro Expo 2004, from 25th November, in the capital. 

DIED: Dr. Dhruba Sharma Dhakal, former Member of Parliament, at the age of 57. 

ANNOUNCED: The dates for SLC 2061, to be held from 14 to 23rd Chaitra.
