APPOINTED:  Indra Kumar Shrestha, Lalit Bahadur Basnet and Bed Prasad Shiwakoti, as the three commissioners at the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), by King Gyanendra as per the recommendation of the Constitutional Council and in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal 1990.
