RE-NOMINATED: Crown Prince Paras Bir Bikram Shah Dev, as the chairman of the King Mahendra Trust for Nature Conservation (KMTNC), by King Gyanendra, in his capacity as the patron of the KMTNC.

RE-APPOINTED: Aroop Rajauriya, as the member secretary of the King Mahendra Trust for Nature Conservation, by Crown Prince Paras Bir Bikram Shah Dev, in his capacity as the chairman of the KMTNC.

RETURNED: Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani, Finance Minister, after taking part in an international meeting on cooperatives, in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Hari Krishna Upadhyaya, a member of National Planning Commission (NPC), also, after taking part in the same program.

The national team, after participating in the Under 19 World Cup Cricket Tournament, which was held in Bangladesh.

Asko Luukkainen, Charge d’Affaires of Finland Embassy in Kathmandu, after completing his tenure.

FORMED: A Citizens’ Forum, under the chairmanship of Himalaya SJB Rana. Dr. Anjani Kumar Sharma and Dr. Bhola Rijal are its vice presidents. Tirtha Narayan Subedi, is its general secretary and Rajendra Kumar Khetan, its treasurer.
