Radisson tea lounge

All in all, though, Radisson tea is a most welcome addition to the Kathmandu tea lovers. When visiting, this is a worthwhile destination to add to your list.

In Nepal, as elsewhere in the world, the taste for tea has spread in a specific manner: from the upper to the lower classes; from the cities to the villages; and from men to women. People are discovering that tea is a healthy and delicious beverage that is good for the body and mind.

Every so often it is nice to experiment with the things we love in our daily lives - like that dependable cup of tea! Radisson has been successful in launching tea lounge at the pastry shop outside the hotel premises.

The recipes that are used in tea as an ingredient, are selected from one of the best tea companies in the world.

Radisson pastry shop is a new place, in a small space, and there’s much to delight in. And is also a worthwhile visit.

As you step up into the pastry room, there’s a small seating area with 2 tables. The room is light and sunny. The care so clearly on display in this room is nicely matched by the attention that’s given to pastries and tea.

These teas are all-natural and contain no calories, fat, carbohydrates or sugar. So you get all the health benefits of tea, and a full day’s supply of vitamin C. And nothing else besides great taste, according to Prerna Rai, Public Relations of the Radisson hotel. Discover a bottled tea unlike anything you have tried before. Made with only premium loose leaves and pure water.

With no sugar, sweeteners, colors or flavors. One sip, and you’ll be won over. We are so sure you will be won over by their great taste, she adds in.If you want a good strong tea, however, try Radisson. That gives a little bit of a wallop.

They not only have Darjeeling tea full of rich mellow liquor with an aromatic flavour but also have flavoured natural herbal tea with a secret for long life.

They have a good assortment of Ilam tea and flavored green teas, rich in digestive quality. I mean, really. This place knows their tea.The tea is served in thick white teapots with road on the side, and - this is really impressive. The Assam tea is a quality liquor with body, strenght and sparkles. In the menu, it is said that if strenght is your weakness, then that is your cup of tea.

Not only that, Radisson has introduced coffees too. Among the world's finest coffee, Kenyan AA, strongly flavoured, sharp acidity and fine aroma coffees are available at the pastry shop. Also, a largely popular aromatic blend called Mocha is also available.

And the pastry menu is impressive - light fare priced accordingly, reasonable for Kathmandu (cheap even, if ordered after 7:30).

The cakes looked tremendous, but I was virtuous. But I was so pleased with the number of teas available, and the care with which they were described on the spot. Since it’s a new item, all in all, though, Radisson is a most welcome addition to the Kathmandu tea lovers. When visiting lthe hotel, this is a worthwhile destination to add to your list.
