Hot Indian Curry for poor Madhav

The last tête-à-tête with Ambassador Saran at the Everest Hotel shattered all hopes for Madhav Nepal.

What happened this time, the delicious hot Indian curry that he enjoyed previously now tasted bitter?

What is the reason this time the curry is not easily digestible to poor Madhav?

We'll try to find out now what went wrong.

The curry was hot but Mr. Nepal had to eat. After all it was a feast prepared by great Indian chefs, masalas all brought from Delhi.

His desire to taste the curry not available easily for common men used to bring him to this place regularly.

Now no more! It's more than enough, said Madhav (taking a long breath).

Even with the quality of food he was offered, Madhav Nepal kept mum, he did not say any thing.

But deep inside he was asking why so much of chilly this time in his dish?

Previously prepared curries used to be so delicious, with every ingredient including the chilly powder added in balance. This time it is not the case.

He suddenly remembered the tastiest curries he had tasted when he was invited last time like this.

He still remembers very well the famous Indian chef had offered him, a la carte the Mahakali curry and the Tanakpur curry.

He had said, I would eat them both.   He also recalls as he had tasted them and had appreciated, he was "awarded personally".

But this time it was the opposite. Stale food and no reward! How come?

This time without his knowledge he was offered with the donotbecomethepm curry.

As he tasted he started burning, with eyes full of tears (a cause chilly powder) and was also feeling the pain deep inside.

Too much of chilly had made the curry very hot – a South special made for Nepali leaders only.

I was loyal to my lords, he might have thought.

He might have thought, I was doing my pilgrimage (from Lucknow to Tirupati via Delhi) at regular intervals but what mistakes did I make?

What is my mistake so that I am being punished again and again the poor gorkhali leader might have thought?

Fuming Nepal returned back home and drunk a bucket full to water, still the pain is not gone.

Deuba this time was offered with the becomethepm curry.

Long time it took for Mr. Madhav to be aware of the real taste of the curry he was proposed. Now furious Nepal is also planning to cook a Nepali special for his lords.

The food he is planning to prepare is very popular in Nepal. This famous food is served with delicious pickle prepared from 1950treatyofpeaceandfriendship.

Now for the common men for whom there is no chance of eating these royal curries and pickles, it is important to watch how long the pickle would take for its preparation and will have its citric effects, as an when they are served on the guests from the other side.

Madhav's chances of eating the becomethepm curry are directly proportional to the hotness of the pickle prepared from 1950treatyofpeaceandfriendship.
