More information sought on status of Dalits

Dear sir

I am now in the Institute of Social Studies, the Netherlands for a training program. I have to present a paper on governance here in the international forum. I selected the topic ' Representation of Dalits in the state governance in Nepal' which is now a day being most talked matter.

For this I have collected some materials especially from your newspaper including the latest one of Padmalal Bishwakarma. I want more information and full text of Padma (with annex which includes data). In fact I could not get the data updated according to the census 2001 regarding Dalits. I also want the data of dalit civil servants, teachers, and elected local body officials. Whatever, if possible I want more information related with the topics. If you have the collection, it would be very fruitful for my paper, which counts much worth.
