The Dashain !

Yet another Dashain is round the corner. This is time for all the Nepalese to forget the horrific past and hope for the better future, which would be rather peaceful and prosperous.

But for the time being this age-old tradition is to be celebrated with great enthusiasm.

But will it be celebrated with great enthusiasm as it used to be?

The grim looking faces say something else. These faces all over the country reveal the pain inside. This time it is not going to be the same.

The pain that is given by your owns, cannot be filled so easily.

These 12 years of fighting within the family and fighting with your neighbors, who were once nearest and dearest has broken the country's social fabric into pieces.

Even then we have to live with what we have and we like it or not. If it is so then why not this time as well all the Nepalese unite to celebrate this great festival of Vijaya Dashmai.

Now let us find out the evils within our self and let the good in us prevail by not blaming others. Let us think now what mistakes we made in the past and correct it for the betterment of the nation as a whole.

Now the government has the ball in its court. Now it's great time the government declares a cease-fire and the Maoist follow it.

Members of Civil Society have to create conducive atmosphere for talks, journalist now should pressurize the government and the Maoists and all other have their respective roles to play.

Now let us unite for the betterment of our country. It's enough!
