Kathmandu, June 20:Sixteenth session of parliament began at 1:30 today. Nepali Congress president and member of House of Representatives from Mornag-1 and Sunsari-5 Girija Prasad Koirala chaired today's meeting of the House of Representatives as the protem speaker.
