On 19th Jestha, 2058 (1st June) night, Kathmanduties could not sleep well because of the phone ringing with confusing news. I obliged when I received a call from a senior photo journalist. We, Nepalese lost 10 royal family members including King Birendra, who were killed on that Friday nightmare at Tribhuvan Sadan, Narayanhiti Royal Palace. Immediately I ran to the Palace and started clicking photographs from Saturday morning. I covered all the events although I present 19 photos of events dated from Friday 19 Jestha.
