'Corona graph' rising in Bhaktapur

The 'graph' of corona infection has risen in Bhaktapur. In recent times, more than 500 infected people have been added to the district daily. According to the health office, 530 new infected people including 258 men and 272 women were added to the district on Sunday. Similarly, 968 infected people were added on Saturday, January 26, 1967 and 564 on January 20, said Krishna Bahadur Mijar, chief of the health office. As the number of infected people has increased, so has the number of active infected people in the district. The number of active infected people in the district has reached close to 4,000 till Sunday. The total number of active infected has reached 3,998. Of them, 2,070 are males and 1,928 are females.

Of the four municipalities in the district, 1,147 are actively infected in Madhyapurthimi. Of them, 589 are males and 558 are females. In Madhyapurthimi, 202 infected people were added on Sunday alone.

Similarly, there are 1,062 active infections in Suryabinayak, 765 in Bhaktapur, 461 in Changunarayan Municipality and 274 others, according to the Health Office. Of the active infected, 31 are being treated in institutional isolation and hospital and 23 in general isolation. Similarly, four are being treated in HDU, three in ICU and one in ventilator. There are 256 general isolation beds, 117 HDU beds, 35 ICUs and 16 ventilators in different hospitals of the district.

Similarly, the number of deaths due to corona infection in the district has reached 360. The number of deaths due to corona infection in the district has reached 360 with the death of one infected person on January 22.
