The government is administering people who have received the first dose of the Vero Cell vaccine with the second dose today. Those who had received the first dose on June 8 will be provided with the COVID-19 vaccines from today till July 8.
The Health Directorate under the Ministry of Social Development of Bagmati Province has issued a notice stating the centres through which the coronavirus vaccines will be administered in the various municipalities within Kathmandu valley.
The vaccines will be administered from 13 hospitals and health centres in Kathmandu Metropolitan City and also through various health centres in other locations. Those who want to receive the second dose of the Vero Cell vaccine must visit the vaccine centre with the card provided while taking the first dose.
The vaccines will be administered from 10 am to 4 pm.
