Hindu devotees and revelers were seen thronging the Pashupatinath temple premises since they were not allowed to enter the main temple on Monday.
The month of Shrawan is considered to be sacred in Nepal. During this month, especially on Mondays, Hindu devotees and revelers throng Shiva temples to worship Lord Shiva.
