Malaysia's government will repatriate 1,200 Myanmar migrants next week despite a military coup in their home country.

At least 11 people have been killed in a boat accident in Malaysia, officials say, with 27 others still missing. Most of the dead and missing are from Indonesia. The accident took place in the southern region of Malaysia.

The accident was reported to have occurred due to sudden bad weather. Rescuers have been mobilized to search for the missing people. The accident took place while crossing the sea route illegally. Such accidents have occurred in this area repeatedly. There were 60 passengers in the boat that crashed in Johor, Malaysia.

Among the dead are seven men and four women. Rescuers rescued 20 other men and two women alive. Those involved in the search and rescue operation have said that it is unlikely that the missing will be found alive.
