Man beats brother to death in Banke

Police arrested a man on charge of killing his brother from Khajura Rural Municipality-2 in Banke. 

While the arrested has been identified as Guman Sunar (40), the deceased has been revealed as Ganesh Sunar (38) of Yel gaun in the rural municipality.

Intoxicated Guman and Ganesh had a general leading to an altercation in which Guman beat his brother to being severely injured on Friday night. Injured Ganesh died at his home on the same night. After knowing about the incident, a joint team of security personnel deployed from the Dhanauli-based Area Police Office and Radhapur-based Police Office and nabbed Guman on Saturday evening.

Further investigation into the matter is being carried out, informed the police.
