National Examinations Board (NEB) has urged students not to indulge in recording TikTok videos saying that such activities are against the dignity of the exams.

The usage of mobile phones and other electronic devices in examinations is against the rule, the NEB cautioned. The examinees found involved in such activity may lead to the cancellation of exam or scrapping of examination centre. NEB has requested students, teachers, and schools not to allow such activities that are against the dignity.

The ongoing class XII examination is being held from Sept 16 across the country.

The NEB through a notice issued today has appealed to everyone including schools, teachers, parents, and civil society members to help to conduct the exams in a proper, dignified, and trustworthy manner.
