The great festival of Hindus, Vijayadashami, is being celebrated by Hindus all over the country. But in the Lekali community of Taplejung, neither Dashain nor Tihar. Even on the main day of celebrating Dashain, there was a lot of work in the society. Almost everyone is busy to receive commentary and blessings from the hands of the devotees, but in the Lekali community, neither Dashain nor Tihar comes.
Yonjen Sherpa, 65, is from the same Lekali community. It has been 65 years since he started enjoying with Yak-Chaurigai in Olangchungola of Faktanglung Municipality-7. He now has 30 children, even though he has distributed them to his children. There are ten milks. As soon as you wake up in the morning, after drinking a glass of milk tea, you can collect milk from Jhimise and milk it.
